Welcome to St. John's Web site.  At St. John's we believe that people matter to God, and so, people matter to us.  God unmistakably demonstrated his concern and love for mankind by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sake. 

By raising Jesus Christ from death to life, God authenticated the success of Jesus' crucifixion and made Him Lord of all.  We here, believe and uphold the uniqueness of Jesus Christ, his death and resurrection as being the only means of coming into a relationship with God

We believe that the Holy Bible is God's sole special revelation of His plan to rescue us through Jesus Christ.  As such it is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.  Therefore, we value sound biblical teaching, and the corporate and private study of the Bible so that we may know the Jesus who saves, and about God and how he wants us to live our lives. 

We believe in the power of prayer, God hears our prayers and stands ready to provide abundantly more than we dare to imagine.  Therefore, we value corporate and private prayer, demonstrating our total reliance and dependence on our Lord and God.

We believe in the unity and encouragement of God's people therefore, we value our time together as God's family in our services, our bible study groups and our socials.
